shipping

shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and size of your order. the total shipping cost will be shown before payment.

delivery times

united kingdom
orders typically arrive within 1–3 business days.

international
international deliveries usually arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

orders placed before 12:00 pm (uk time) are usually dispatched the same business day. orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day. orders are shipped monday to friday, excluding public holidays.

once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

all orders are subject to availability. if an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and offer a refund or alternative.

returns

we accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided that items are unused, unopened and returned in their original packaging.

customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

approved returns will be issued as store credit. original shipping costs are non-refundable.

faulty items

once the item has been inspected and the claim approved, we will offer:

if a parcel is delivered to a shared location such as a hotel, workplace or mailroom, delivery is considered complete once confirmed by the courier.

orders delivered outside the united kingdom may be subject to import duties and local taxes. these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local customs authorities.
